Refund policy

Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by email at contact@art-wall.shop if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@art-wall.shop.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement, preferably via your customer account: https://account.art-wall.shop. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by email) a confirmation of receipt of such a cancellation.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the original delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract (Neue Brettener Straße 25/2, 75203 Königsbach-Stein, Germany). The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
